Coach, Jessie Amodeo! Whether you’re looking
to build healthy habits, achieve lasting results,
or gain a deeper understanding of your nutritional
needs, this program is tailored specifically for
you. Complimentary 20-minute nutrition
consultation included.
JFit
Ready for a fun, effective way to work out and
connect with others? JFit Small Group Training
delivers high-energy classes led by certified
trainers who offer expert support and motivation
every step of the way. With just six participants
per session, you’ll get the personalized attention
you need to build strength, boost endurance, and
grow your confidence. Join us on the turf and
elevate your fitness—FREE for JCC Members!
Recovery
Enhance your fitness journey with our Recovery
classes! Designed to reduce soreness, prevent
injury, and promote total body restoration, these
offerings help you feel refreshed, recharged,
